Hello! I’m Kristine Remer, the creator behind StoryMap Studio, based in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I’ve spent more than 30 years uncovering my family's stories as an avid genealogist and family historian. I love transforming those discoveries — and the memories my family makes while traveling — into meaningful keepsakes that celebrate where we’ve been and who we come from.

My professional background is rooted in research, writing, design, and publishing (from yearbooks to photo books). I hold a bachelor’s degree in journalism and art and a master’s degree in business, blending creativity with a practical eye for detail.

I share my studio with my shop mascot, Basil.
